Terms of Service

Last updated: March 25, 2025

By accessing or using Paradify (paradify.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Paradify is a web-based tool that allows users to transfer playlists from YouTube to Spotify. The service requires you to authenticate with both YouTube (via Google OAuth) and Spotify (via Spotify OAuth) to perform transfers on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Paradify. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

Paradify does not maintain traditional user accounts with passwords. Access is granted via OAuth 2.0 through your existing Google and Spotify accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of those accounts. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Google or Spotify account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs
  • Circumvent any usage limits or access controls
  • Use the service to transfer content you do not have the right to access or copy
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

5. Third-Party Services

Paradify interacts with YouTube (Google) and Spotify APIs on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is separately governed by their own terms of service:

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Spotify. Paradify uses the YouTube API Services and is subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of Paradify require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis and are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal accessible from your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a concern.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code comprising the Paradify service are the property of Paradify and its owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without express written permission.

You retain all rights to the content of your YouTube and Spotify playlists. Paradify does not claim ownership of any playlist data processed through the service.

8. Disclaimers

Paradify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Every track will be matched on Spotify (match quality depends on search results)
  • The service will be available at all times or free of errors
  • Results will be unaffected by changes to YouTube or Spotify APIs outside our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paradify and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
