Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Paradify. If a premium subscription doesn't work out, we offer a straightforward refund policy — outlined below.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you upgrade to a premium subscription and decide it's not for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to the first purchase on a given account. It does not apply to subsequent automatic renewals of the same subscription (see Section 2).
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via the customer portal linked from your account.
Renewal charges are not automatically eligible for a refund. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, please contact us — we review these requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us through our contact page with the following information:
- The email address associated with your Paradify account
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free plan and premium features will no longer be available.
5. Exceptions
Refunds outside the 7-day window are not guaranteed. We may decline refund requests in cases involving suspected abuse, chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
